SSB Universes Wiki:About

SSB Universes Wiki, also titled the SSB GFDL Wiki, was created by Gstar on August 30, 2024 to cover not only Super Smash Bros., but also the games of the franchises and series represented within, such as Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and even third-party franchises like Banjo-Kazooie.

On January 24, 2025, the wiki has relicensed to the GNU Free Documentation License. The required text can be found here and the license-compatible sources for reuse here.

On February 1, 2025, a complimentary wiki has been founded, titled PikloDex, focused on all forms of media for first-party and second-party Nintendo properties.

Since April 16, 2025, the SSB Universes Wiki has been a recognized side-project of the Zelda Wiki on Fandom, in an effort to increase the availability of wikis that use the GNU Free Documentation License.

Since May 7, 2025, the SSB Universes Wiki has been independently hosted. Its coverage has alsoextended to cover all media of franchises and series represented within Super Smash Bros., not just the games.
